Chicken Salad
Material :
• 1 whole chicken is
• 1 cup thick coconut milk
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 lime leaves
• 1 stalk lemongrass which crushed
Seasonings :
• 5 pieces of red chilli
• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 hazelnuts
How to cook :
• Chicken cleaned, washed and then poting into 4 parts
• Seasonings mashed except lemon grass, bay leaves and lime dun. Stir fry until fragrant
• Add chicken and coconut milk, stirring rate
• Cook until cooked and then baked to dry
