Material :

* 1 / 2 kg of milkfish (cut - cut)
* 2 cm Turmeric (puree)
* Water lime juice and salt to taste
* 1 stalk Serai (crushed)
* 2 pieces Tomatoes (chopped 4 parts)
* 1 tablespoon red Sugar
* 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
* Water to taste


Spices that are :

* 5 cloves Shallots
* 2 cloves garlic
* 5 large red chilies
* 3 chilies Curls
* 1 cm Ginger
* 3 btr Pecan (roasted)
* Salt to taste


Cooking :

* Marinate milkfish with a mixture of lime juice, turmeric and salt, let some time.
* Fried milkfish and set aside.
* Saute seasoning mashed with lemon grass until fragrant.
* Add tomatoes, brown sugar, soy sauce and water, bring to a boil.
* Insert the banding, and cook over low heat until the spices to infuse.
* Pick up and ready to be served.
