Chicken Recipe Rica Rica
Materials :
* 1 chicken medium
* 1 cup cooking oil
* 300 cc water
Seasonings :
* 6 red onions
* 2 tomatoes
* 4 garlic
* 1 ginger
* 1 tsp sugar
* 100 gr red chilies
* salt to taste
How to cook :
* Clean the chicken and cut into 4 parts
* Heat oil then sauté the ingredients until evenly distributed and aromatic
* Add chicken and cook until seasoning evenly
* Add a little water and cook chicken until half cooked and lift
